Huge Shout out to Empower Pole Fitness. I took classes with them in early 2022. I. can. not. believe. I. did. that. I am not in great shape and have not been for a while. I was hoping to wait until I was but I had a friend interested in going so I jumped on the band wagon. Walking into that first class I was terrified.
